ORDERING
1. How do I order AlbanicaSat?
Go to ‘ORDER’ on the website and choose the product of your choice.
You will be asked to register your personal details and address where AlbanicaSat should mail the Delta Card. When you have done so, you are able to order a Delta Card, which will give you access to AlbanicaSat.
If you already where registered before, you will be asked to login using your AlbanicaSat account number and password, which you have received in an e-mail.
Choose a 3 month or a 12 month (with 1 extra free month) subscription period and click on the ‘ORDER’ button.
You will be asked to pay by clicking on ‘PAY’.
In the ‘Payment Page’, please indicate the country of your domicile.
Please choose your ‘Payment Method’ which is available on screen in the menu.
If you choose for ‘Banktransfer’, you are able to wire the payment from your local bankaccount, or pay cash at your local bank. PLEASE NOTE THE REFERENCE which appears on your screen. You MUST INCLUDE THE REFERENCE in your Banktransfer or Cash to Bank payment. Without the reference your payment will not succeed.
If you choose for creditcard payment, please fill in the form as required. The cvc2 code are the last 3 digits at the back of your creditcard. Without this code, your payment will not succeed.
You will be notified if your payment was successful or not.

2. Can I cancel the registry process at all times?
You can always go back to the home page or get out. You will only complete your order by issuing a payment by creditcard or banktransfer.

3. When will I receive my Delta Card?
As soon as your payment has been received, AlbanicaSat will send your Delta Card to your post address as indicated by you in the register form. Make sure your address details are correct. Normally you will receive your card within a week after payment.

4. What happens if I have not received my Delta Card within 10 days after payment?
Please contact the helpdesk immediately via one of the numbers on the contact page. The helpdesk will check your data and take the necessary steps.

5. Can somebody else watch AlbanicaSat from ‘my’ Delta Card in the meantime?
No, the card has to be activated through the AlbanicaSat helpdesk after you received it, which is only possible when you have the password you issued with the registry.

6. What do I do when I receive the Delta Card?
You must call the helpdesk via one of the numbers on the contact page. The helpdesk will check your details, the card number and the password you issued with the registry. If everything is OK, your card will be activated within one hour.

7. I lost my password, what do I do?
Please call the helpdesk and give them the ‘hint’ your provided with the registry (son, wife, dog, etc). Upon receiving the hint, the helpdesk will re- issue your password.

8. I can also watch RTV21 via Eutelsat W2. Why should I order AlbanicaSat?
RTV21 and KTV will also be broadcasted via Eutelsat W2, but reception is not guaranteed. The best way to see RTV21 and KTV is to buy AlbanicaSat.

9. How do I pay for AlbanicaSat?

10. I don’t have a credit card, how do I pay?
You can pay with a bank transfer from your local bank account to a local bank account provided by the ‘Order Process’ Please don’t forget to mention the reference given by the system.

11. I don’t have a bank account, how do I pay?
You can pay cash at the local bank to an account provided by the ‘Order Process’ Please don’t forget to mention the reference given by the system.

12. What is Triple Deal?
Triple Deal is an independent financial organisation who makes the payments possible from various countries. AlbanicaSat has hired the Triple Deal services to make a fast and safe payment possible.

13. Is paying through the Internet or with a credit card safe?
We place a very high value on keeping your personal information safe and secure. Your credit card information and personal details are sent using a secure server. The information is encrypted in such a way as to prevent anyone else from decoding it for their own use.

SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD
14. When does my subscription start?
Your subscription starts from the day you have activated your card through the AlbanicaSat helpdesk.

15. When do I reniew my subscription?
You will receive a message via e-mail or on your TV screen that your subscription is about to expire. This message will be sent in time to allow you to pay again for a new subscription.

16. Do I need a new Delta Card if I renew my subscription?
No, you can keep you Delta Card in your set-top box (receiver).

17. Do I need to pay set-up cost again with renewal?
No, the set-up cost is only the first time you subscribe.

TECHNOLOGY
18. What equipment do I need to get access to the AlbanicaSat services?
Basically all you need is a satellite dish, a digital satellite receiver and the Delta Card which you can order through this website.

19. What size should my satellite dish be?
The high transmitting power of the INTELSAT satellites means that households can receive the signals using relatively small satellite dishes. A 90 cm dish is adequate for reception in most areas of Europe. Please also see the map.

20. What kind of satellite receiver should I buy?
If you don’t have a satellite receiver yet, you need to buy a digital receiver that is able to work with the IRDETO Conditional Access system. Your local vendor will be able to assist you. We recommend you to buy a receiver which has at least 1 extra (PCMCIA) slot to insert other programme cards as well.
Brands that can support Irdeto Cards are mentioned on the website under Technology.

21. I have a satellite receiver, but it is not able to work with IRDETO Delta Cards.
If your receiver supports an other Conditional Access system than IRDETO, you can solve this by the purchase of an IRDETO ‘CAM’ (Common Interface Module).
A ‘CAM’ is a ‘cover’ for the Delta Card which you can insert in the spare PCMCIA slot of your set-top box. If you have done so, you are able to insert the Irdeto Delta Card in the CAM Module.
The CAM Module offers you increased flexibility and greater choice as you can buy any set top box you want and also view encrypted services with more than one Conditional Access system in the same set top box. Be aware, your set-top box needs to have a PCMCIA slot to accept a CAM module.
Be also aware, your CAM Module should support the IRDETO Conditional Access system.

22. My set-top box does not support the Irdeto system, nor has a spare slot for a CAM. What do I do?
Unfortunately your only option is to buy a new satellite receiver. We recommend you to buy a receiver which has at least 1 extra slot to insert other programme cards as well. Your local vendor can assist you and some large stores and warehouses have frequent discounts.

23. I need a CAM Module. What brand do I buy?
Best to seek professional advice at your local vendor. The CAM needs to be an Irdeto CAM made by SCM Microsystems.

24. Will I need a new Dish?
No, as long as you have a dish that is large enough to receive Sirius 2 in your area. (see Sirius map above)

25. I also watch TV content from other satellites like W2, Astra or Hotbird. Do I need an extra dish?
No, you can buy a ‘multiple LNB’ which enables you to watch more satellites with one dish. Please seek advice at your local vendor.

TROUBLESHOOTING
26. I can’t see AlbanicaSat, what do I do?
Please check:
Did you insert the DeltaCard in your set-top box (satellite receiver)?
Did you call the helpdesk to activate the card? (see 5 and 6)
Is your subscription expired?
Does your set-top box support Irdeto?
Is your satellite dish pointed to INTELSAT 10-02 at 1º West?
Is your satellite dish the right size? (see Intelsat map under Technology)

27. My signal is not clear, has a lot of disturbance. What to do?
